Spa Etiquette and policies

Your services are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive prior to your appointment to allow for health form completions and changing. Late arrival may result in a shortening of your treatment time.

Please allow 24 hours for all cancellations. A credit card # is required when booking a spa package or three or more services. Late cancellations may result in a service charge of 50% of services booked and no shows may be charged the full amount for the service. Groups of three or more are subject to an automatic 15% gratuity not included in price. All services are subject to tax. Prices subject to change without notice.

For the benefit of all guests please turn off cell phones of pagers and refrain from use during your visit.
